Whispertide is a Water Elemental that resides in a waterfall in Savarstaad Pass, Grizzleheim. When the Wizard was getting their newly-forged blade thrice-blessed, Whispertide blessed them with the grace of water, hoping that they would rid Grizzleheim of the Grendels.[1]
