Tomugawa, known as Tomugawa the Evil, was a resident of MooShu who later in death became a Wraith, residing within the Spirit World. Eventually, Tomugawa was in possession of a Spirit Cage, which the Wizard needed to capture a spirit in order to use it to cross the cursed river to get to the Tree of Life. After the Wizard entered the Spirit World, Tomugawa challenged them, but he was ultimately vanquished and his Spirit Cage was collected.[1]
