The Rat is one of the three sons of Grandfather Spider. He assumed the identity of the human Rasputin, and ascended to the status of Empress Antuskette's royal advisor in Polaris. He then manipulated Antuskette's servants with the ultimate goal of crafting a makeshift Titan made of Borealis, and using it to destroy the Sky Anchor, and subsequently the Spiral.
