T.J. O'Leary is an American audio designer and voice actor who formerly worked in the sound department at KingsIsle Entertainment from 2008 to 2021, notably working on sound and VO for both Wizard101 and Pirate101. He joined the studio in March 2008 as Senior Sound Designer, was promoted to Audio Lead in January 2013, and then took on the additional role of Director of Audio Design in January 2018. O'Leary left KingsIsle following its acquisition by Media and Games Invest in January 2021 and became the Audio Director at the now-defunct WIMO Games, a studio that spun off from the former KingsIsle mobile games team. He now works at Jackalyptic Games.[1] He has voiced many notable roles in the Spiral Games Universe including Gamma, Rattlebones, Alhazred, and Medulla in Wizard101 and Old Scratch in Pirate101.[2] Prior to working at KingsIsle, O'Leary worked as an Audio Lead at Microsoft and Fever Pitch Studios, and then as a Sound Designer at Midway Games.[1] His video game credits include Conquest: Frontier Wars, Brute Force, BlackSite: Area 51, and the KingsIsle-produced mobile games Rise & Destroy, EverClicker, and Animal Cove.[3] In 2024, O'Leary reprised his role as Gamma in the fanmade Wizard101-inspired drama series Ravenwood Rising.[4]
