Spooky Bob is a traveling "salesghoul" who arrives in Wizard City's Shopping District during the month of October for the Hallowe'en season, when he sells his seasonal themed wares for Crowns to any wizards willing to buy them.[1] The name of his business is "Bob's Spookywear."[2] He is a friend of Harvest Hannah and once told her to return to Wizard City to see all of the new students at Ravenwood School of Magical Arts.[3] He is also friends with Jack Hallow.[4]

- Spooky Bob was first introduced with the coming of the Hallowe'en season in Wizard101 in October 2008.[1]
- The seasonal event began just weeks after the launch of the game, making Spooky Bob the first-ever holiday vendor NPC.[1]
- Spooky Bob sells a Wall Hanging of himself for 150 Crowns. He also sells the Hallowe'en Skeleton Hat, Robe, and Shoes, which closely resemble him as well.
- It is unknown if Spooky Bob is or ever was Human, but his skeletal appearance and description as a "salesghoul" would mean he is Undead.
- A "doodle" version of Spooky Bob is featured on the October background for the Daily Assigments reward screen in Wizard101.
