Serena Gutierrez is the daughter of Don Oscar Gutierrez. A bride-to-be, her wedding was ruined by the Banditoads, who captured her, and she was held captive by Froggo Villa within the Lagartija Cave on the Banditoad Trail, behind Cool Ranch's village of Santo Pollo. The Pirate aided Don Oscar Gutierrez and went to find Serena, first going to the Gallo Loco Cantina and fighting the Banditoads in the backroom there before being redirected to the Banditoad Trail by the defeated Lumpy Varga. The Pirate and their crew made their way to the Lagartija Cave and fought their way through, ultimately confronting Froggo Villa and defeating him. Villa begged for mercy and handed Serena over, who thanked the Pirate for saving her from a terrible fate. The Pirate took her back to Santo Pollo and reunited her with her father.[1]
