Properzia di Lipizzan is a Housing Vendor in Puerto Nuovo, a Shard of Novus hovering over the isle of Sardineia that is occupied by the worlds of Valencia and Monquista. The name of her business is Statuesque Wonders, and she sells statues from throughout the Spiral.[1]
