Phule is a Clockwork who was the Jester of Kane, and a member of his Inner Court.

Personality[]

Phule is known for his lack of sanity, with his motives always being unclear and uneasy to guess. He seems to operate purely off of his whimsy and caprice, even being known to laugh upon the failure of his fellow court members' schemes. Phule shifts allegiances faster and much more often than any other court member. Some denizens of the Spiral have wondered whether or not Phule is merely a tool of Kane, used to keep Kane's rivals off balance to keep his power intact. Phule's inscrutable motives are usually dismissed as a byproduct of his insanity, though some Valencians wonder if there is actually a method to his madness.

He speaks in two different voices, shifting between two personalities which are both antagonistic towards each other.^[1]
