"Mr. Toto" is a friend of Dorothy Gale. One day, Dorothy invited him and the Tin Man over for dinner but they ran late, which began to worry Dorothy. She sent the Wizard to check up on them at their house in Unicorn Way, where they discovered that Toto and Tin Man were just about to leave.[1]
