Colonel Monroe was a fashionable Marleybonian who entered Tartarus but got lost on the way to the Palace of Hades. He was killed by being turned into stone by Stheno. His statue resides in the Garden of Statues.[1]

- The statue of Colonel Monroe first appeared in Wizard101 in the Garden of Statues, part of the Tartarus dungeon which was itself part of the Aquila side content expansion added in 2013. Like the other statues in the garden, players can interact with Monroe's for optional dialogue from the Narrator detailing his fate.
- The statue appeared again when Tartarus was added to Pirate101, although this version has no associated dialogue.
