Mahon Starsearcher was a Celestian researcher who borrowed the Desert Star from Mirage many centuries before Grandfather Spider's attempt to reverse the Sands of Time. The Desert Star was never returned, and remained in an ancient Research Lab in Celestia's District of the Stars undisturbed before the Wizard fought the spirit of Mahon Starsearcher and retrieved the Star from him.[1]
