Kraysys is a male Draconian and a diviner. A former crystal keeper, Kraysys was defeated by the Wizard after stealing a knowledge crystal titled The Fundamentals of Dragonriding.

Some time ago, Kraysys came to The Forum in Dragonspyre in an attempt to learn the ways of the crystal keepers. The crystal keepers took him in, giving him access to their knowledge crystals.
After Malistaire Drake descended into madness following the death of his wife Sylvia and threatened to destroy the Spiral, The Wizard traveled to Dragonspyre to stop Malistaire before he could awaken the Dragon Titan and use him to get vengeance on those he saw as enemies. Sometime after, Kraysys, who was instructed not to remove knowledge crystals from the Forum grounds, stole The Fundamentals of Dragonriding and ceased to be a crystal keeper. Vidor Drakesmith, a crystal keeper in The Forum who knew Kraysys, told The Wizard to confront him in his tower in order to make him surrender the knowledge crystal of The Fundamentals of Dragonriding. After Kraysys refused to hand over the crystal, him and The Wizard fought, with Kraysys being killed and the knowledge crystal was taken back.
