Kisai Shugenja is a student Sorcerer from a school of magic in MooShu who participated in the Pigswick Tournament of Magic to compete as the representative for their school for the Spiral Cup. He was the first opponent of the Wizard in the tournament, fighting them in the first round within the Hall of the Hydra in Pigswick's Tournament Hall. Shugenja lost the duel but informed his opponent that they were the worthiest one he had yet dueled, thanking them for encounter and lesson.
