James Charles Leary, (born August 26, 1973; usually credited as James Leary) is an American actor and writer.[1] He has perhaps most notably voiced roles for KingsIsle Entertainment including El Toro and the Frogfather in Pirate101, and Pyat MourningSword and James T. Pork in Wizard101.[2] Leary also worked as a game designer at KingsIsle for Wizard101, and was a writer for the game's Avalon (2012) and Aquila (2013) expansions. He provided additional design work on Khrysalis Part 1 (2013) and Part 2 (2014), and returned as a designer in 2015 for the Polaris expansion, also providing additional writing. His last credit in the game was providing additional writing and design for the Mirage expansion in 2016.[3] Since departing KingsIsle, he has returned to do voice acting for their games.[2] Outside of his work for KingsIsle, Leary is known for his role as Clem in the television series Buffy: The Vampire Slayer.[4]
