Jadbal Chand was a Tiger male and a Kurgha soldier from Rajah. During the war between Marleybone and Valencia, the Kurghas joined the fight against the Armada, but later staged a mutiny against the Royal Navy due to their rations being better than kept them able to fight. Chand was part of the Kurghas that took Brigadier Stewart prisoner, and later the Royal Navy sent the Pirate and their crew to Walkie's Hotel in Airdale Pier to fight the mutineers and free the Brigadier. After a fight with Havaldar, Chand told the Kurghas to hold and let the Pirate speak, as he knew their parents from Rajah.
