Hidenari Kuga is an archer and former Samoorai from MooShu who renounced his station, becoming ronin and taking up arms against his former master, Governor Nakamura, after he levied unfair taxes upon the people of Yagizawa Village in Khotan Skyway. Kuga joined the Pirate, who was working with the Yakooza, in confronting Nakamura at his Terrace within the Governor's Compound. Kuga then formally joined the Pirate's crew.[1]
