Biography[]
Rise to power[]
The fishing village that would later become Jonah Town was established on the back of the Great Whale. The Quint family were the first Pelicans to settle in the village, and for a long while were the most prosperous fisherman in the village. This changed when the Frogs and their minions moved into the Great Whale's belly, and as the Frogfather accrued power the Pelicans like the Quints became less and less influential.[1]
