Friendship Festival is a holiday celebrated in the Spiral during the month of February which is dedicated to love and compassion. In Wizard City, it is marked by the return of Valentina HeartSong as well as the re-appearance of the Be Mine Fish in the waters of the Spiral's many worlds.
