The Emperor of MooShu is the divine ruler of the Empire of MooShu. Since the Empire was founded by Emperor Ping, the MooShu Emperors wielded dragon magic and called themselves 'Descendants of the Dragon'.[1] The incumbent Emperor of MooShu is Yoshihito, who is one of the core members of the Council of Light.
