Colossus Boulevard is a residential neighborhood within Wizard City. It represents Ice magic, and has a snowy climate and terrain.
It was the site of a major Gobbler infestation, when the Gobblers, led by the Gobbler King, came to the neighborhood and attempted to eat through it like they did their homeland, Gobblerton.
