Lord Charles T. Bergamot, Second Earl of Grey, known as the Grey Ghost, is a Dog from Marleybone who came to Mirage with the intent of re-establishing the trade of Qhatnip and illegally exporting it back to his homeworld to ravage the Cats. He enlisted the services of a group of Thuggies to aid him, with his base of operations being a warehouse in Aggrobah.[1]
