Buxley Turtleton is the Castle Shopkeeper of the Castle Emporium, one of the two businesses that make up the Wizard City House Shop in Wizard City's Shopping District.[1] At one point, Simeon tipped the Wizard off by telling them that Turtleton could get them set up with better student housing than the dorms they were living in, with Turtleton then welcoming them into his shop upon arrival and asking if they were interested in a castle.[2] He was later present in the Base Camp in Celestia.[1]
