The Bully Irregular is a gangster from Doctor Prune's Irregulars who accused Angus of wanting to steal a Mana Wisp and attacked him during the crime siege in the Heap. She was defeated in combat by the Wizard, who intervened in the situation after Angus called out for help. After her defeat, she told the Wizard she would inform her boss of what had happened.[1]
