Don Allejandro was the ambassador to Skull Island from Monquista. He was part of the diplomatic meeting organized by Captain Horace Avery of Skull Island on the Party Barge. His departure from Puerto Mico was initially delayed due to Allejandro waiting for his tailor to finish his suit, but there was an additional problem as the ambassador believed the Tradewinds and Skull Island skyways to be unsafe due to the presence of Wharf Rat and Cutthroat ships.
