
Alexander Brandon (born September 29, 1974) is an American musician and composer, sound designer, and voice actor. He has done various voices for both Wizard101 and Pirate101,[1] perhaps the most notable of which being Kane, the main antagonist of the latter.[2] He has also voiced other notable characters like Mycroft Bones, Tarrak Hadfield, Dog Tracy, The Manticore, Meowiarty, Freddie Kroaker, and Mr. Cane.[3]
Having been in the games industry since 1994, Brandon is the CEO of Funky Rustic,[4] a music and audio production company based in Georgetown, Texas[5] which has worked with the likes of Daybreak Game Company, Retro Studios, Tencent, Blizzard Entertainment, and Bluepoint Games.[6] As a composer, Brandon has composed or co-composed the soundtracks for games like Unreal, Unreal Tournament, Deus Ex, Deus Ex: Invisible War, Bejeweled 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Dust: An Elysian Tail, and Aven Colony. As a voice actor, he has notably lended his voice to games like Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, The Lord of the Rings Online, DC Universe Online, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Hearthstone, and Job Simulator.[1]

- Alexander Brandon as Kane was the 50th "Character Feature" from the Voices of the Spiral project, posted on January 13, 2023 as the culmination of a three-day back-to-back feature marathon. It revealed Brandon as the voice of Kane publicly for the very first time.[2]
